Return & Refund Policy

• Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Customized or used mehndi products are non-returnable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
